We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sensory products, aromatherapy items, magnesium oils, bath products, weighted items, and other personal-use products cannot be returned if opened, unsealed, or used.
