Our Return Policy

At Kikkra, we carefully curate products designed to support emotional wellbeing, sensory regulation and inclusive development. Due to the nature of many of our items, certain return conditions apply to ensure hygiene, safety and product integrity for all customers.

1. 14-Day Return Period (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to return eligible products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

2. Hygiene & Sensory Products (Important)

Due to hygiene, safety and product integrity considerations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded if:

  • The packaging has been opened

  • The seal has been broken

  • The product has been used

  • The product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it

This applies particularly (but not limited) to:

  • Sensory tools

  • Aromatherapy products

  • Magnesium oils and topical products

  • Bath and body items

  • Weighted products

  • Any product intended for personal use

This policy ensures that all products remain safe, clean and suitable for the families and individuals we serve.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

We take quality seriously and will always work with you to resolve genuine issues.

4. Refund Process

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment

  • Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions outlined above.
