2. Hygiene & Sensory Products (Important)
Due to hygiene, safety and product integrity considerations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded if:
The packaging has been opened
The seal has been broken
The product has been used
The product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it
This applies particularly (but not limited) to:

Magnesium oils and topical products
Bath and body items
Weighted products
Any product intended for personal use

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
We take quality seriously and will always work with you to resolve genuine issues.
4. Refund Process
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
